With a strong focus on data collection and analysis, Grace helps ensure that the programs are effectively monitored, delivering insights that inform decision-making and enhance program quality.

    Her role involves assisting with the development and implementation of M&E systems, compiling data reports, and maintaining records that track program progress. Grace works closely with the M&E Specialist to ensure data is accurately captured, analyzed, and reported, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of TB and HIV initiatives.

    Through her diligent support and attention to detail, Grace plays a key role in ensuring the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and helping the group achieve its health objectives.
