A TB knowledge update for MPs, the National TB and Leprosy Programme and the Office of the Prime Minister.
USTP led TB knowledge update meetings with Members of Parliament and celebrities. Members of Parliament are key to policy change and national resource allocation for TB, so the meetings give them first-hand information to debate TB issues and make informed decisions.
The March 2024 meeting in Entebbe brought together MPs, the Assistant Commissioner of the National TB and Leprosy Programme, the Office of the Prime Minister and other stakeholders.
