Role overview
Lead program planning and implementation through the development of work plans, budgets and reports. Keep track of implementation of work plans for projects and related activities, and develop detailed project implementation guidelines to help USTP staff deliver on their mandate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in community health programme management
- Knowledge of Uganda’s TB programme and NTLP guidelines
- Proven experience with CBO management and capacity building
