Partner Coordination

The Secretariat organizes quarterly partner meetings to facilitate information sharing on member activities. These meetings serve as a platform for partner coordination, enabling the exchange of experiences, lessons learned, and collaborative learning among members.Currently, member organizations are grouped into three Working Groups (WGs), with plans to establish additional groups in the future:

1. Advocacy, Communication, and Social Mobilization (ACSM) Working Group
2. DOTS Expansion Working Group (DOTS Exp.)
3. TB/HIV Working Group (TB/HIV WG)

Each Working Group operates under specific terms of reference, ensuring focused contributions to achieving shared goals.
