USTP, in collaboration with USAID and local partners, made a groundbreaking impact by addressing TB among taxi operators in Kampala. Through targeted outreach in the New Taxi Park, over four days, hundreds were screened for TB, and key cases were identified and linked to care, saving lives and preventing further transmission. This initiative demonstrated the power of collaboration, involving community leaders, health facilities, and civil society organizations to reach underserved populations.
