Dr. Isiko Paul serves as the Executive Director and Secretary to the Board at Uganda Stop TB Partnership (USTP). With extensive experience in public health leadership and organizational management, Dr. Isiko plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of USTP while ensuring that the organization’s activities are aligned with its strategic goals and mission. His leadership ensures effective coordination across all levels of the organization, as well as efficient governance and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Oversight: Leading USTP’s operations, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Governance and Board Relations: Serving as Secretary to the Board, ensuring that board meetings are effectively organized, minutes are accurately recorded, and decisions are implemented in accordance with organizational policies.
• Program Coordination: Overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of USTP’s TB control programs, ensuring that they are effective and align with national and global health strategies.
• Resource Mobilization and Advocacy: Playing a key role in resource mobilization, advocacy, and partnerships to support USTP’s mission, working with local, national, and international stakeholders.
• Capacity Building: Strengthening the internal capacity of USTP’s team, ensuring staff are equipped to meet the challenges of TB control and the broader public health objectives.
